The invention provides an installation process of a manhole cover, and relates to the technical field of road construction. The installation process of the manhole cover includes the steps of installing an adjusting ring on the top of a limiting shaft, performing backfilling in layers on a working pit with bituminous concrete, compacting each layer of backfilled bituminous concrete, lifting the limiting shaft in accordance with the height of each backfilled layer, taking the limiting shaft out of a well, installing the manhole cover at the limiting shaft, and pressing the manhole cover. By thesteps of performing backfilling in layers multiple times and compacting the bituminous concrete, the bituminous concrete filler below the manhole cover and on the periphery of the well is compacted more closely; and finally, by the step of pressing the manhole cover again after installing the manhole cover, the manhole cover and the surrounding bituminous concrete can be combined more closely, and therefore the integrity between the bituminous concrete and the manhole cover is improved, the manhole cover and the periphery of the well can move up and down at the same time, and the periphery ofthe well is prevented from cracks.
本发明提供了一种检查井盖的安装工艺,涉及道路施工的技术领域,检查井盖的安装工艺包括将调节环安装在限位井筒顶部的步骤;利用沥青混凝土对工作坑进行分层回填,且每层回填的沥青混凝土均需夯实的步骤;且限位井筒随着每层回填的高度进行相应的提升;将限位井筒从井内取出,并将井盖安装到限位井筒的位置的步骤;对井盖进行碾压的步骤。分层多次回填并且夯实沥青混凝土的步骤,令井盖下方以及井周的沥青混凝土填料压实的更加紧密;最后,对井盖安装好后再次进行碾压的步骤,能够令井盖与周围的沥青混凝土之间结合的更加紧密,从而提高沥青混凝土与井盖之间的整体性,井盖与井周能够同时上下移动,从而防止井周出现裂缝。
