The underground drainage device comprises a housing, a netty disc, a first gear, a second rack wheel, a third gear, a fifth gear, a fourth gear, the swing board, a driving gear, a second pinion, a volute spiral spring,a first one-way separation and reunion ring, a second one-way separation and reunion ring and the like. A water flow impacts the swing board, so that the swing board swings to further drive the nettydisc to rotate. Compared with a conventional drainage cover technique, when the netty disc is blocked by foreign matters, the swing board swings to drive the netty disc to rotate via the driving gear,the first gear, the second pinion, the second rack wheel, the third gear, the fourth gear and the fifth gear, and the netty disc rotates to push the foreign matters away to further guarantee smooth drainage of the netty disc, so that the transformer substation transmits electricity continuously and safely. The underground drainage device is simple in structure and has a better practical effect.
