The invention discloses a brush painting device. The brush painting device comprises a base, and is characterized in that the base is movably connected with a support column in an inserted manner; thesurface of the upper end of the support column is provided with a groove; the interior of the groove is hinged with a support block; the surface of the upper end of the support block is provided witha moving groove; a moving plate is movably arranged in the moving groove in a penetrating manner; the front end of the moving plate is hinged with a support frame; a cotton roller used for wall painting is connected with the support frame in an inserted manner by a rolling shaft; a storage box used for storing paint is hinged with a position, located below the cotton roller, on the front side ofthe moving plate; the upper side of the moving plate is provided with a moving device capable of driving the moving plate to move; the lower side of the support block is provided with a through slot;a transmission device used for driving the cotton roller to dip the paint is arranged in the through slot; and a positioning device capable of fixing the support block is arranged in the groove.
