Auxiliary device for large-area laying of ceramic tiles and use method thereof
The invention discloses an auxiliary device for large-area laying of ceramic tiles and a use method thereof. The auxiliary device comprises a supporting rod, a telescopic rod, suction cups and a vacuum pump. A transverse rod is rotationally connected with the top end of the supporting rod. The bottom end of the supporting rod is connected with a base. One end of the transverse rod is connected with the telescopic rod, and the other end of the transverse rod is connected with a weight box. The end, away from the supporting rod, of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with one end of a universal coupling, and the other end of the universal coupling is connected with a hydraulic cylinder. The output end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a vertical rod. The bottom end of the vertical rod is connected with a hollow and sealed vacuum box. The four side faces of the vacuum box each communicate with a hollow L-shaped rod. One end of each L-shaped rod communicates with the corresponding suction cup. The bottom faces of all the suction cups are located on the same horizontal plane. The vacuum pump is fixedly placed on the top face of the vacuum box. An exhaust hole is formed inthe top face of the vacuum box. A conical sealing plug is inserted in the exhaust hole. The auxiliary device can easily carry the ceramic tiles, saves labor and can hardly cause damage to the ceramictiles during large-area laying of the ceramic tiles.
