The invention relates to a steel bar floor support plate and aluminum form connecting structure and a construction process thereof. The structure comprises a steel bar truss and an aluminum form boardconnected to the lower end of the steel bar truss. The steel bar truss is connected with a connecting mechanism detachably connected with the aluminum form board. The connecting mechanism comprises afixed part fixed to the steel bar truss and a connecting part for limiting the position of the aluminum form board. A connecting groove is formed at the lower end of the fixed part. A fixed groove isformed on the top face of the connecting groove. A connecting block is fixed to the upper end of the connecting part and penetrates through the aluminum form board and the connecting groove to be arranged in the fixed groove. The connecting block rotates in the fixed groove along the axis of the connecting part. The bottom face of the connecting block is connected with the bottom face of the fixed groove in an abutting manner. An abutting connection block is fixed to the lower end of the connecting part, and the upper end of the abutting connection block is connected with the bottom face of the aluminum form board in an abutting manner. The steel bar truss and the aluminum form board are detachably connected, at this moment, when separated from solidified concrete, the aluminum form boardcannot suffer from pulling force applied by the steel bar truss, and therefore no damage is prone to being generated when the aluminum form board is separated.
