The invention relates to a bracket and an umbrella-type supporting frame. The bracket comprises a bracket base body and a sub-supporting rod, wherein the bracket base body is composed of two base rodswhich are vertically connected at the center; the sub-supporting rod comprises first linear shaped sub-supporting rods and second cross-shaped sub-supporting rods, and the lengths of the transverse rod portions of the second sub-supporting rods are consistent with those of the first sub-supporting rods; the axial end parts of the two first sub-supporting rods are detachably connected to the axialend parts of the base rod in the vertical position; the axial end parts of the transverse rod portions of the two second sub-supporting rods are detachably connected to the axial end parts of the base rod in the transverse position; and the bracket base body and the sub-supporting rod are provided with supporting rod through holes which vertically penetrate through the bracket base body and the sub-supporting rod in the axial direction. The support frame structure is designed to facilitate early disassembly, and all parts of the bracket other than the bracket base body can be removed around 2days after pouring is completed, so that the bracket is saved, the use frequency of the bracket is increased, and the occupancy period of the bracket is shortened.
