The invention discloses a charging pile stacking parking board and a stereo-garage. The parking board comprises a bottom plate, a wheel clamping device, a charging pile and a control panel. The bottomplate is provided with at least one inwards-recessed rail. The wheel clamping mechanism comprises a fixing rod and a rotary clamping mechanism, and the fixing rod is arranged at the position, on theextension line of the rail, of the bottom plate. The rotary clamping mechanism comprises a drive portion arranged on the rail and a rotary portion rotating with the drive portion as the axis, and whenin a screwed-out state, the rotary portion is exposed out of the rail, and a set distance is formed between the rotary portion and the fixing rod. The charging pile is arranged on the bottom plate, apower interface and a charging interface are arranged on the charging pile, and a charging gun is connected to the charging interface. The control panel is arranged on the charging pile and connectedwith the drive portion and the charging pile. A vehicle parked on the parking board can be fixed, the charging pile is arranged on the parking board, and the vehicle can be charged by fully utilizingparking time when parked.
