The fixing mechanism comprises an upper connecting part and a lower connecting part, the vertical vibration isolating mechanism is connected with the upper building through the upper connecting part, and the horizontal sliding mechanism is connected with the lower building through the lower connecting part. The vertical vibration isolating device capable of sliding horizontally for the building is used for the building structure, vibration in the vertical direction can be isolated, and the vertical vibration isolating device can horizontally slide to isolate earthquake actions in the horizontal direction
