The method comprises the following steps: putting a dry pressing mold filled with ceramic powder into a dry pressing machine for dry pressing to obtain a ceramic block; demolding the ceramic block, and performing vacuum packaging; carrying out isostatic cool pressing on the vacuum-packaged ceramic block; pre-sintering the ceramic block subjected to isostatic cool pressing; carrying out high-temperature sintering on the pre-sintered ceramic block; performing tail handle assembling on the ceramic block obtained afterhigh-temperature sintering; and grinding and milling the ceramic block with the assembled tail handle to obtain the required dental restoration. According to the method, the pre-sintered ceramic blockis directly subjected to high-temperature sintering in the earlier stage, and then the sintered ceramic block is selected to be subjected to milling machining according to the manufacturing requirements of the dental restoration body; according to the method, the subsequent high-temperature sintering process of the dental restoration body is directly omitted, the later manufacturing and production period of the dental restoration body is shortened, the waiting time of a patient is shortened, the method is particularly suitable for the patient to quickly complete restoration beside a chair, and the method is simple, effective, easy to implement and high in practicability.
