The invention provides a bituminous concrete preparation process. The process involves a transfer mechanism, a crushing mechanism and a screening mechanism, wherein the screening mechanism is mountedon the transfer mechanism, the screening mechanism is located right above the transfer mechanism, the crushing mechanism is mounted on the screening mechanism, and the crushing mechanism is located right above the screening mechanism. The process solves the problems that at present waste bituminous concrete is pre-treated by recycling through a method of grinding and then screening, in the prior art, the crushing quality of the waste bituminous concrete is not high, most concrete cannot meet the requirements of remanufacturing recycled concrete, the crushed concrete cannot be screened, qualified products cannot be screened from unqualified products, secondary crushing is very troublesome for selecting the unqualified products, the working time is consumed, and the crushing working efficiency is further affected.
本发明提供了一种沥青混凝土制备工艺，包括转运机构、粉碎机构和筛漏机构，所述的筛漏机构安装在转运机构上，所述的筛漏机构位于转运机构的正上方，所述的粉碎机构安装在筛漏机构上，所述的粉碎机构位于筛漏机构的正上方；本发明解决了目前对废旧沥青混凝土的预处理是通过碾磨再筛分的方法进行回收的，现今技术对废旧沥青混凝的破碎质量不高，大部分不能够满足再次制作再生混凝土的要求,对于破碎后的混凝土不能进行筛选，合格品和不合格品不能进行筛分，对于挑选不合格品进行二次破碎非常麻烦，耽误工作时长，进而影响破碎工作效率。
