The invention provides a pretreatment method of molasses used for a cement grinding aid. The pretreatment method solves the problem of high production cost caused by high molasses viscosity and many impurities in the prior art. The molasses pretreatment method comprises the following steps: S1, detecting the total sugar content of a primary molasses product; S2, calculating a ratio of water to theprimary molasses product during dilution according to the viscosity and sugar content of a desired cement grinding aid and the total sugar content obtained in the step S1; S3, diluting the primary molasses product according to the ratio obtained in S2 to obtain diluted molasses; and S4, subjecting the molasses diluted in the S3 to standing and filtering to obtain a finished molasses product. According to the molasses pretreatment method provided by the invention, the viscosity and impurities of the molasses can be reduced, so production cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种水泥助磨剂用糖蜜前处理的方法，解决了现有技术中，糖蜜粘度大，杂质多，从而导致生产成本高的问题。所述糖蜜前处理的方法包括下述步骤：S1、检测糖蜜初产品中的含糖总量；依据所需水泥助磨剂的粘度、糖分以及S1中所得含糖总量计算稀释时水和糖蜜初产品的配比；S3、根据S2中所得配比对糖蜜初产品进行稀释，得到稀释后的糖蜜；S4、将S3中稀释后的糖蜜进行静置过滤，得到糖蜜成品。本发明提供的上述糖蜜前处理的方法，能够降低糖蜜粘度和杂质，从而降低生产成本。
