The invention provides mortar for quick repair of roads. The mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 600-700 parts of aggregate, 300-400 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 30-50 parts of zeolite powder, 20-30 parts of silica fume, 20-30 parts of redispersible latex powder, 5-10 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 1-3 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 2-3 parts of sodium gluconate, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent and 0.2-0.8 part of starch ether. The mortar for quick repair of roads in the invention is scientific in proportion, the effects of all the components are fully exerted, all the components interact with one another, and the overall performance of the obtained mortar is good; a construction process is simple to operate, and the mortar can be used by adding water and conducting stirring on site, and is fast in strength development, high in bonding strength, good in crack resistance and water resistance and excellent in durability; and the application requirements of rapid repair are met, traffic can be resumed two hours after repair is completed, and normal traffic is prevented from being influenced.
