Manufacturing method of flame-retardant phosphogypsum wallboard for building decoration
The invention provides a manufacturing method of a flame-retardant phosphogypsum wallboard for building decoration. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing phosphogypsum powder; preparing mixed raw materials from straw, moso bamboo waste, argil powder and ardealite powder; preparing a mixed flame retardant; uniformly stirring and mixing the mixed raw materials and the mixed flame retardant to prepare a mixed mold material; pressing the mixed mold material into a flame-retardant phosphogypsum wallboard for building decoration by using a press machine; preparing a flame-retardant paint; soaking the flame-retardant phosphogypsum wallboard for building decoration in the flame-retardant paint for 7-10 hours; and airing the flame-retardant phosphogypsum wallboard for building decoration. According to a technical scheme in the invention, resources such as the straw, the moso bamboo waste and the ardealite are used, so the utilization rate of raw materials is increased, and harm to the environment in the production process is reduced; and the activity of substances in the flame retardant is kept through mixing and stirring under a high-temperature condition, the flame retardant property of the wallboard is improved, and potential safety hazards of fire disasters are eliminated.
本发明提供一种建筑物装饰用阻燃磷石膏墙板制造方法,包括以下步骤:制备磷石膏粉;利用秸秆、毛竹废料、陶土粉和磷石膏粉制备混合原料;制备混合阻燃剂;将混合原料与混合阻燃剂均匀搅拌混合,制备混合模料;利用压力机将混合模料压制成型建筑物装饰用阻燃磷石膏墙板;制备阻燃漆;使建筑物装饰用阻燃磷石膏墙板在阻燃漆内浸泡7至10小时;将建筑物装饰用阻燃磷石膏墙板晾干;采用本发明的技术方案,使用秸秆、毛竹废料和磷石膏等资源,提高了原材料的利用率,减少了生产工艺过程中对环境的危害,通过在高温条件下混合搅拌保持了阻燃剂内物质的活性,提升了阻燃性能,消除了火灾安全隐患。
