Process method for producing ceramic tile with stone-like effect by utilizing rare earth tailings
The invention relates to the technical field of rare earth tailing recycling, in particular to a process method for producing a ceramic tile with a stone-like effect by utilizing rare earth tailings.The process method comprises the following steps of: separately grinding sintered tailings, making powder and slurry, drying and forming, and thermally vibrating and glazing. A crusher comprises a material plate, a stock bin and a controller; due to the fact that particles with different particle sizes exist in the rare earth tailings, the crusher loses the crushing effect on small particles in the process of crushing the large particles of the tailings, meanwhile, the small particles are prone to being filled in concave seams of a large particle crushing appliance, and the crushing effect andthe crushing efficiency of the crusher on the large particles of the tailings are weakened. Therefore, the material plate is arranged at the upper part of the stock bin in an inclined vibration state, the tailings particles before crushing are sorted, the grinding disc and the roller which are arranged in the stock bin are matched, meanwhile, the particles with different particle sizes of the tailings are crushed, the treatment rate of the crusher for the tailings particles is increased, and therefore the application effect of the process method for producing the ceramic tiles with the stoneimitating effect through the rare earth tailings is improved.
本发明涉及稀土尾砂再利用技术领域,具体涉及一种利用稀土尾砂生产具有仿石材效果瓷砖的工艺方法,包括培尾砂分碾、造粉制浆、干燥成型和热振上釉;其中的破碎机包括料板、料仓和控制器;由于稀土尾砂中存在不同粒径的颗粒,而破碎机在破碎尾砂大颗粒的过程中丧失了对其中小颗粒的破碎作用,同时小颗粒易填充于破碎大颗粒器具的凹缝中,削弱了破碎机对尾砂大颗粒的破碎效果和破碎效率;故此,本发明通过设置在料仓上方倾斜振动状态下的料板,对破碎前的尾砂颗粒进行分选,配合料仓中分设的碾盘和辊筒,同时对尾砂不同粒径的颗粒进行破碎,增加了破碎机对尾砂颗粒的处理速率,从而提升了利用稀土尾砂生产具有仿石材效果瓷砖工艺方法的应用效果。
