The preparation method comprises the following steps of: drying municipal sludge to obtain dried sludge, thenadding water into the dried sludge, and mixing the substances uniformly to obtain pretreated sludge; uniformly mixing polydiphenylmethane diisocyanate and polyester to prepare a polyurethane prepolymer; adding the prepared polyurethane prepolymer into the pretreated sludge, adding a catalyst, a foam stabilizer and a fiber pore-forming agent into the pretreated sludge to obtain a mixture, stirringthe mixture until the foaming reaction is finished, and stopping stirring to obtain a precursor; and drying the precursor at 500-700DEG C for 4-6h to obtain the product. According to the preparation method, municipal sludge is used as the raw material, the preparation process is simple and easy to operate, and the problems of complex preparation process and high preparation cost of the existing method can be effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种孔隙连通陶瓷砖及其制备方法，其制备方法包括以下步骤：将城市污泥进行干燥，得干燥污泥，然后向干燥污泥中加水，混匀，得预处理污泥；将聚二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和聚酯混匀，制得聚氨酯预聚体；将制得的聚氨酯预聚体加入预处理污泥中，并向其中加入催化剂、泡沫稳定剂和纤维造孔剂，得混合物，将混合物搅拌至发泡反应结束，停止搅拌，得前驱体；将前驱体于500‑700℃条件下干燥4‑6h，制得。该制备方法以城市污泥为原料，制备过程简单易操作，可有效解决现有的方法存在的制备过程复杂，制备成本高的问题。
