The invention relates to a novel scouring-resistant thermal shock-resistant impact brick. The brick comprises a punch-formed plate and a casting-formed body. The punch-formed plate is prepared from the following raw materials: metal silicon powder, metal aluminum powder, silicon carbide, compact corundum, aluminum-magnesium spinel and an adhesive. The punch-formed plate is integrally punched andformed by using a press machine. The casting-formed body is prepared from a castable through mold casting, vibration molding, maintenance, demolding and baking. The casting-formed body is prepared from the following raw materials: waste corundum particles, fine white corundum powder, aluminum-calcium cement micro-powder, active aluminum powder, micro-silicon powder, a water reducing agent and water. The punch-formed plate is fixed to a preset position in a mold in advance, the periphery of the punch-formed plate is filled with the castable, and the casting-formed body and the punch-formed plate are integrally formed in a pouring mode. According to the impact brick, punch forming and casting forming are combined, material combination is optimized, waste refractory materials are recycled, the scouring resistance of the impact brick is improved, and the continuous scouring resistance time of the impact brick is 3-5 times or above compared with an existing magnesia carbon brick and the like.
