The invention discloses a steel adhesive which comprises a component A and a component B. The component A is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 175-195 parts of epoxy resin E51, 35-55 parts of epoxy resin E44, 48-68 parts of a toughening agent, 1-2 parts of a silane coupling agent, 680-720 parts of quartz sand, 8-10 parts of fumed silica and 5-10 parts of tar or 5-10 partsof copper sulfate, and the component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 490-560 parts of a fatty amine curing agent, 1.5-2.5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 700-750parts of quartz sand, 8-12 parts of titanium dioxide and 8-12 parts of titanium dioxide, wherein and the component A and the component B are mixed according to the ratio of (2.5-3.5): 1 to obtain thesteel adhesive. The invention further discloses a concrete structure steel plate reinforcing method. The steel adhesive can wet and permeate steel parts and concrete, and therefore after the steel bonding glue is solidified, the overall shear strength and bonding strength of the product are greatly improved, and the bonding and solidifying effect is good.
