The vibrating screen comprises at least two layers of screens; the at least two layers of screenscomprise a first layer of screen and a second layer of screen which are arranged from top to bottom, and the first layer of screen and the second layer of screen are of open structures, wherein one end of the second layer of screen protrudes out of the first layer of screen, and the open part, protruding out of the first layer of screen, of the second layer of screen serves as a feeding port of the second layer of screen; the open structure of the first layer of screen serves as a feeding port of the first layer of screen. The ballast bed screen cleaning vehicle comprises the vibrating screen. According to the embodiment of the invention, the technical problems that an existing vibrating screen is insufficient in mixed ballast treatment capacity and screening efficiency are solved.
