Road rush-repair method
The invention discloses a road rush-repair method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, observation points are arranged at the same height of an opposite bank, two ends and a slope surface of a collapse body, and a laser scanner is arranged at each observation point; S2, a laser scanner is used to integrally scan the collapse body, and original data of the collapse body before excavation is recorded; S3, a long-arm excavator is adopted for moving the collapsed soil and stone at the top of the collapsed body to the two ends to form a heavy machine road, and the heavy machine road is a shortcut for heavy machine passing; S4, the heavy machine is adopted for moving the collapsed soil and stone on the heavy machine road to the two ends to form a common vehicle passing shortcut, and the common vehicle passing shortcut can be used for passing of common vehicles; and S5, after the common vehicle passing shortcut is excavated and formed, laser scanning is performed on the collapsed body, and an actual clearing amount is accurately measured by comparing the collapsed body with an accumulation volume before excavation. According to the method, a problem of further collapse afterthe collapse body is removed can be avoided, and accuracy and high efficiency of a blockage clearing amount are improved.
本发明公开了一种道路抢通方法,包括以下步骤:S1、在滑塌体的对岸、两端、坡面的同高度设置观察点,每个观测点设置一台激光扫描仪;S2、采用激光扫描仪对坍塌体进行整体扫描,记录开挖前坍塌体的原始数据;S3、采用长臂挖掘机将滑塌体顶部的滑塌土石移至两端形成重机路,所述重机路为用于重机通行的便道;S4、采用重机将重机路上的滑塌土石移至两端形成普通车通行便道,所述普通车通行便道能够用于普通车辆通行;S5、普通车通行便道开挖成型后,对坍塌体进行激光扫描,通过与开挖前的堆积体积进行对比,准确量测出实际清方量。该方法不仅能够避免滑塌体清除后进一步垮塌的问题,且提高了阻塞物清方量的准确性和高效性。
