The invention discloses a planet axial movement milling and grinding pentagonal head mechanism which comprises a main shaft, a gear box and a milling device, the gear box comprises a box body and a rotating body, connecting holes are formed in side edges of the box body; the rotating body is arranged on the inner side of the box body, the main shaft and the rotating body are in transmission connection, the milling device is distributed on the side edge of the gear box; the milling device comprises a transmission shaft and a milling end; the transmission shaft and the rotating body are in rotating connection, the transmission shaft is connected with the milling end, a bearing base is arranged on the main shaft, the bearing base is fixedly connected with a large gear; a small gear and an outer bearing are arranged on the transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is rotatably connected with the connecting hole through the outer bearing, the small gear is meshed with the large gear in thegear box. A single grinding rotary disc in the prior art is adjusted to be used in cooperation with multiple grinding rotary discs, the grinding effect of the milling device is finer, and the overallgrinding efficiency is improved.
