The invention discloses a road maintenance structure and a construction method thereof. The road maintenance structure comprises a base, a pushing handle installed on the base, a joint cutting deviceinstalled on the base and located at one end, away from the pushing handle, of the base, a compacting device installed on the base and located at the end, close to the pushing handle, of the base, anda mixing device installed on the base and located between the joint cutting device and the compacting device. The joint cutting device comprises a fixing base, a cutting assembly movably installed onthe fixing base and used for cutting an edge of a crack, and a first electric push rod installed on the base and used for pushing the cutting assembly to move. The mixing device comprises a shell, anauxiliary assembly installed on the shell and used for scraping the inner wall of the shell, and a stirring assembly installed in the shell and used for stirring asphalt. The structure and the methodcan be used to overcome the defects of the prior art, a special device and method for road maintenance are provided, and the structure solves problems of a poor mixing effect of asphalt, a stabilizerand a modifier, and untight asphalt repair and crack edge in an existing device.
