The invention discloses a bridge anti-collision device which comprises a fixing sleeve, a connecting sleeve and a damping sleeve. The fixing sleeve, the connecting sleeve and the damping sleeve are detachably arranged on a bridge pier column in sequence in a sleeving mode, at least one set of sliding pieces are arranged between the fixing sleeve and the connecting sleeve, and relative rotation between the connecting sleeve and the fixing sleeve can be achieved. At least one set of elastic pieces are arranged between the connecting sleeve and the damping sleeve and used for buffering and damping between the connecting sleeve and the damping sleeve. Due to a detachable design of the fixing sleeve, the connecting sleeve and the damping sleeve, assembling efficiency is effectively improved; the elastic piece is arranged between the connecting sleeve and the damping sleeve so that a collision effect of a ship on the bridge pier column can be effectively buffered; and the sliding piece is arranged between the fixing sleeve and the connecting sleeve so that a collision force of the ship to the bridge can be effectively unloaded, front contact between the bridge pier column and the ship isprevented, and the damage of the ship to a pier is reduced. The device further comprises an early warning mechanism, passing ships are warned through the early warning mechanism, and a probability ofaccidents is reduced.
