The invention relates to a wet joint construction method for prefabricated lane plates in a tunnel. The method comprises the steps that female head reinforcing steel bars with open ends are reserved at one ends of prefabricated lane plates, male head reinforcing steel bars with closed ends are reserved at the other ends of the prefabricated lane plates, and when the two prefabricated lane plates are spliced, the reserved female head reinforcing steel bars of the second prefabricated lane plate are opposite to the male head reinforcing steel bars of the first prefabricated lane plate; the second prefabricated lane plate reserved female reinforcing steel bars and the first prefabricated lane plate male reinforcing steel bars are inserted into 1/2 in a staggered manner; transverse steel barsin male steel bars of the first prefabricated lane plate are inserted into staggered positions of the female steel bars and the male steel bars; C-shaped reinforcing steel bars are inserted, and plugging and caulking of the lower gaps of the wing plates of the lane plates are performed; the C-shaped reinforcing steel bars are bent and the C-shaped reinforcing steel bars are welded with reserved female head reinforcing steel bars of the second prefabricated lane plate to form a closed ring; and cast-in-place concrete is poured, so that the two prefabricated slabs are connected into a whole.
