The invention discloses a water absorption bag realizing method. The method comprises the steps that a water absorption bag body is constructed and is filled with a water absorption substance; an anti-permeating structure is constructed between the water absorption bag body and the water absorption substance; and a connecting structure is constructed outside the water absorption bag body and usedfor mutual connection of water absorption bags. The invention further provides a water absorption bag realized through the method. According to the water absorption bag, SAP can be adopted as the water absorption substance, once the water absorption substance absorbs water and swells to become hydrogel, water is difficult to separate even under pressure, and therefore the water absorption bag hasthe advantages of low production cost, high production efficiency, strong water absorption capability and the like; considering the problem that the water absorption capability of the water absorptionsubstance is lowered in a saline-alkaline environment, the anti-permeating structure is constructed in the scheme, the purpose of filtering salt is achieved through an RO film, and the situation thatthe water absorption capability of the water absorption bag is lowered due to the salt in the water is prevented; and the connecting structure and a fixing structure are constructed to ensure that the water absorption bag has good fixing capability and mutual connection capability in a torrent when the mass is small, so that the water absorption bag is suitable for flood control and dike strengthening as well as application and popularization.
