According to the scheme, a top supporting pipe and a slope surface lattice beam are arranged on the topof a loosened soil mass and a bottom supporting pipe and a slope bottom lattice beam are arranged at the bottom; an interface enhancing pipe and an interface grouting body are arranged on an interface of the loosen soil mass and a slope soil mass; a filling area of a supplementing and filling body is defined by a closed pressing plate, and the compactness of the supplementing and filling body isimproved synchronously by means of a surface vibrator; a closed layer grouting pipe is arranged on the lower surface of the closed pressing plate, and an interface water isolating layer can be formedby grouting; a formwork supporting beam is arranged between a supporting column and a supporting cross beam and a formwork position control bolt is arranged between the formwork supporting beam and aclosed formwork; and a concrete filling pipe is arranged in the middle of the closed formwork, a plate bottom exhaust pipe is arranged at the bottom end, and a filling observation pipe is arranged atthe top end. The integrity of the repair structure of the slope surface of the dam can be improved, and the site construction difficulty is reduced.
