Rotary excavating screw pile construction method and device
In order to improve the side friction bearing capacity of a rotary excavating pile, the invention provides a rotary excavating screw pile construction method and device. According to the method, drilling is performed through a conventional rotary excavating pile firstly, then a rotary excavating pile machine changes a drill bit provided with cutting blades, and the cutting blades rotate along witha drill pipe moving upwards from the bottom of a drill hole to cut a spiral groove in the inner wall of the drill hole. The rotary excavating screw pile construction device is composed of a drill barrel, the cutting blades arranged at the two sides in the drill barrel and a connecting rod device used for driving the cutting blades to extend out, wherein the drill barrel is provided with through holes allowing the cutting blades to extend out. Through the construction method, a rotary excavating screw pile with a large diameter and large depth can be formed quickly and reliably, and the bearing capacity of a foundation pile is obviously improved; and moreover, by adopting the construction method of spiral groove cutting after drilling, construction cost can be effectively lowered, and construction efficiency is improved.
为了提高旋挖桩桩侧摩擦承载能力,本发明提供了一种旋挖螺纹桩施工方法及其装置,首先通过常规的旋挖桩进行钻孔,然后旋挖桩机更换带有切削刀片的钻头,自钻孔底部向上移动钻杆的同时,切削刀片随着钻杆转动,对钻孔内壁切削处螺旋槽;旋挖螺纹桩施工装置,则由钻筒、设置于钻筒内部两侧的切削刀片以及用于带动切削刀片向外伸出的连杆装置组成,钻筒上设置有用于切削刀片伸出的通孔,通过上述施工方法可以快速且可靠的形成大直径和大深度的旋挖螺纹桩,明显提高基桩的承载能力,并且采用先孔后切削螺旋槽的施工方法,可以有效的降低施工成本、提高施工效率。
