Construction method for pile arch transfer structure system
The invention discloses a construction method for a pile arch transfer structure system. The construction method comprises the following steps of monitoring an existing subway interval, excavating foundation pit soil stones, cutting an arch-shaped transfer beam, manufacturing and machining a transfer beam steel bar, performing pile foundation work and applying a pile arch transfer structure. The pile arch transfer structure is adopted to cross over the subway interval, a buffer layer is arranged between the pile arch transfer structure and a tunnel top surrounding rock. The pile arch transferstructure system can replace a transfer structure system of a straight beam plus a pile, the size of the transfer structure is reduced, and the load on the transfer structure is reduced; and the stress advantage of the arch structure is fully exerted, the surrounding rock pressure is dispersed through the buffer layer, and the influence on an existing tunnel is reduced.
本发明公开了一种桩拱转换结构体系的施工方法,步骤为既有地铁区间监测、基坑土石方开挖、切割拱形转换梁、制作加工转换梁钢筋、桩基作业和施作桩拱转换结构。采用桩拱转换结构跨过地铁区间,在桩拱转换结构与隧道顶部围岩之间设置缓冲层。本发明的桩拱转换结构体系可代替直梁加桩转换结构体系,其转换结构尺寸变小,转换结构本身荷载变小;充分发挥拱形结构受力优势,利用缓冲层分散围岩压力,对既有隧道影响变小。
