The invention discloses a high-rigidity seepage-proofing combined cofferdam and a construction method thereof. The manufactured cofferdam comprises two oppositely arranged steel plate piles, steel tierods for oppositely pulling the two steel plate piles, and sub-piles arranged on a foundation pit for the steel plate piles. Bagged miscellaneous fill is stacked between the two steel plate piles andstacked to the pile tops of the steel plate piles; a clay-bound macadam pavement is laid on the bagged miscellaneous fill, cement chemical churning piles engaged with one another are arranged along the clay-bound macadam pavement close to the outer side of a foundation pit, and the cement chemical churning piles are used for being inserted into a foundation silty clay layer; and bagged miscellaneous fill is stacked at the tops of the chemical churning piles close to the outer side of the foundation pit as a sub-weir, and a geomembrane is laid on the water side of the sub-weir. The high-rigidity seepage-proofing combined cofferdam is moderate in manufacturing cost, small in section, large in rigidity, good in seepage-proofing performance and suitable for soft foundations with large water depth and strongly permeable foundations.
本发明公开了一种高刚度防渗组合围堰及其施工方法,制成后的围堰包括两道相对布置的钢板桩、将两道钢板桩对拉的钢拉杆、以及在基坑为钢板桩设置的子桩;两道钢板桩之间堆填有袋装杂填土,袋装杂填土堆填至钢板桩的桩顶;袋装杂填土上铺设有泥结石路面,沿泥结石路面靠近基坑外侧,设置一道相互咬合的水泥旋喷桩,水泥旋喷桩用于插入地基粉质粘土层;在水泥旋喷桩顶部靠近基坑外侧,堆填有袋装杂填土作为子堰,子堰的临水侧铺张有土工膜;即本发明具有适中的造价、较小的断面、较大的钢度、较好的防渗性能,适用于较大水深、较软地基及强透水地基。
