The invention discloses an underground water decompression drainage device, and relates to the field of drainage devices. The underground water decompression drainage device comprises a first transverse pipe, a second transverse pipe and an elbow pipe, wherein a water inlet is formed in one end of the first transverse pipe, a water outlet is formed in the other end, and the elbow pipe comprises avertical segment and a horizontal segment. The top of the first transverse pipe is fixedly communicated with the vertical segment of the elbow pipe, and the horizontal segment of the elbow pipe is fixedly communicated with the second transverse pipe through a valve body; a valve ball is arranged in the valve body, the top end of the ball valve is connected with a valve rod, and the valve rod is fixedly connected with a rotary rod after penetrating through the top end of the valve body. An insertion hole is formed in the first transverse pipe, an insertion plate is fixedly inserted into the insertion hole, and the insertion plate is located between the vertical segment of the elbow pipe and the water outlet; and filtration holes are formed in the insertion plate. By means of the undergroundwater decompression drainage device, decompression drainage can be effectively achieved, and the device is simple in structure and high in practicability.
