Anti-floating precast open caisson pipe piece unit, open caisson structure, and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-floating precast open caisson pipe piece unit which comprises an open caisson pipe piece and an anti-floating pile, wherein an anti-floating pile hole is formed in theside wall of the open caisson pipe piece; the anti-floating pile penetrates the anti-floating pile hole; one end of the anti-floating pile is inserted into a sock soil layer on the outer side of the open caisson pipe piece; and the other end of the anti-floating pile is located on the inner side of the open caisson pipe piece and is in sealed connection with the open caisson pipe piece. The invention also discloses an anti-floating open caisson structure which comprises a vertical shaft way and the multiple anti-floating precast open caisson pipe piece units, wherein the multiple anti-floatingprecast open caisson pipe piece units are located in the vertical shaft way; and the anti-floating precast open caisson pipe piece units on upper and lower adjacent layers are fixedly connected. Theinvention also discloses a construction method of the anti-floating open caisson structure. The method comprises the steps such as open caisson sinking, hole digging, anti-floating pile installation and sealing and fixation of the anti-floating piles. The unit, the structure and the method disclosed by the invention have the advantages that the structure is simple; weight is low; cost is low; stability is high; hoisting and assembly construction are convenient, etc.
本发明公开了一种抗浮预制沉井管片单元,包括沉井管片和抗浮桩,所述沉井管片的侧壁上设有抗浮桩孔,所述抗浮桩穿过所述抗浮桩孔,且抗浮桩的一端插入沉井管片外侧的岩土层中,抗浮桩的另一端位于沉井管片内侧且与沉井管片密封连接。本发明还公开了一种抗浮沉井结构,包括竖直井道和多个如上述的抗浮预制沉井管片单元,多个所述抗浮预制沉井管片单元设于所述竖直井道中,且上下相邻层的抗浮预制沉井管片单元之间固定连接。本发明还公开了上述抗浮沉井结构的施工方法,包括沉井下沉、开挖孔洞、安装抗浮桩、密封固定抗浮桩等步骤。本发明具有结构简单、重量轻、成本低、稳定性好且便于吊装和装配施工等优点。
