The invention discloses an invisible well lid combined with curbstone and a well lid mounting method. The effect of solving the height difference between well lids at different road parts and peripheral curbstone is achieved by transforming a structural form of the curbstone and a steel plate. The well lid comprises a well lid body as a reference, a bottom plate covered on the well lid body, a transverse plate, a longitudinal plate, prefabricated curbstone and structural steel. The transverse plate and the longitudinal plate are perpendicular to each other and form a three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system with the bottom plate, wherein the intersection point of the transverse plate, the longitudinal plate and the bottom plate is the original point of the three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system; the prefabricated curbstone is arranged at one side of the bottom plate, located on the well lid body and provided with a connecting groove at the bottom; and one rib of the structural steel is embedded into the connecting groove at the bottom of the prefabricated curbstone, and the structural steel is used for connecting the bottom plate and the prefabricated curbstone, theside, away from the prefabricated curbstone, of the bottom plate is a hinged edge, the bottom plate and the well lid body are eccentrically arranged, and the distance between the prefabricated curbstone and the circle center of the well lid body is smaller than the diameter of the well lid body.
