Embedded part suspended mounting and supporting device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an embedded part suspended mounting and supporting device. The embedded part suspended mounting and supporting device comprises a supporting frame which is formed by fixedly connecting columns and transverse rods and is located outside a foundation. A bearing cross beam is arranged on the top of the supporting frame, a pendant is arranged on the bearing cross beam, and thependant is connected to the top of a pre-embedded part of the foundation; a limiting plate is arranged on the lower side of the outer end of the bearing cross beam at a lap joint of the bearing crossbeam and the transverse rods, a positioning plate is arranged on the transverse rods, a screw is mounted on the positioning plate, and one end of the screw is in contact with the bearing cross beam;at a lap joint of the pendant and the bearing cross beam, a bolt is arranged on the pendant, the bolt is provided with a nut, and the bolt penetrates the bottom end of the pendant and is supported onthe upper surface of the bearing cross beam. The invention further provides a construction method which adopts the embedded part suspended mounting and supporting device. The construction method comprises the following steps of transporting the device to an embedded part fixing position, and erecting the columns outside the foundation; transporting the embedded part by a crane in the supporting frame and connecting the embedded part to the two pendants; adjusting the position of the bearing cross beam, adjusting the heights of end parts of the pendants and adjusting the levelness of the pre-embedded part of the foundation; pouring foundation concrete; and correcting deviation of the pre-embedded part of the foundation anytime in pouring construction.

The invention relates to an embedded part suspended mounting and supporting device.
