Afirst cavity is arranged in the shell body. The first cavity is filled with a plurality of heat preservation filling cottons. The heat preservation filling cottons is divided into a heat preservationlayer, a heating layer and a packaging layer. The thermal insulation layer is made of modified thermal insulation cotton felt. The heating layer is made of modified heating cotton felt. The packaginglayer is made of non-woven fabric materials. The heat preservation layer is adjacent to the heating layer, and the packaging layer is wrapped outside the heat preservation layer and the heating layer. Through a metal mesh layer arranged in the shell, the external temperature is quickly transmitted to the temperature sensing block. Using the alcohol solution's sensitivity to temperature, a hingedrod and a squeeze plate are driven by an adjusting rod to squeeze or expand the heat preservation filling cottons, thereby effectively making a self-adjustable heat preservation board more suitable for environments with rapid temperature changes, and effectively adjusting the range of indoor temperature changes.
