The bent hollow part is filled with the noise reduction powder. The noise reduction powder is made by mixing TiO2, TiO2@SiO2 hollow microspheres. The mass ratio of TiO2@SiO2 hollow microspheres inside the noise reduction powder is 15-20%wt. The base plates are made from stone plates. The bent plate is made from polytetrafluoroethylene. The wedge-shaped buffer bags are filled with polyurethane. The plate has the advantages of absorbing vibration energy and being obvious in sound absorption and insulation effect.
