The wedge-shaped buffer bags are formed between the bent plate and the base plates. A bent hollow part is arranged at the center of the bent plate. The bent hollow part is filled with the noise reduction powder. The noise reduction powder is made by mixing TiO2, TiO2@SiO2 hollow microspheres. The mass ratio of TiO2@SiO2 hollow microspheres inside the noise reduction powder is 15-20%wt. The base plates are made from stone plates. The bent plate is made from polytetrafluoroethylene. The wedge-shaped buffer bags are filled with polyurethane. The plate has the advantages of absorbing vibration energy and being obvious in sound absorption and insulation effect.
