The invention discloses a composite wallboard and a connecting structure of the composite wallboard and a steel beam. The composite wallboard sequentially comprises an outer CCA board, a bonding mortar layer embedded with grid cloth, an XPS heat insulation board, a volcanic cinder light concrete layer and an inner CCA board from top to bottom, a first bidirectional cold-drawn steel wire mesh and asecond bidirectional cold-drawn steel wire mesh are arranged in the volcanic cinder light concrete layer, N rectangular steel pipes are arranged between the outer CCA board and the inner CCA board atequal intervals, N is an integer larger than or equal to 2, and the rectangular steel pipes, the inner CCA board and the outer CCA board are fixed with self-tapping screws; and the composite wallboard and an H-shaped steel beam are connected into a whole through a first L-shaped connecting piece and a second T-shaped connecting piece respectively by utilizing T-shaped bolts. The composite wallboard is prefabricated and produced in a factory, the connecting pieces do not need to be embedded in the wallboard, the processing and manufacturing are convenient, the installation is simple, the wallboard installation efficiency is improved, both the outer CCA board and the inner CCA board are not plastered, the flatness is high, and the facing treatment is easy.
本发明公开了一种复合墙板及其与钢梁的连接结构。所述复合墙板从上往下依次包括外侧CCA板、内嵌网格布的粘结砂浆层、XPS保温板、火山渣轻质混凝土层和内侧CCA板,所述火山渣轻质混凝土层中设有第一双向冷拔钢丝网片和第二双向冷拔钢丝网片,所述外侧CCA板与内侧CCA板之间等间距设有N个矩形钢管,所述N≥2的整数,矩形钢管与内外侧CCA板之间用自攻螺丝固定;所述复合墙板与H型钢梁利用T型螺栓分别通过第一L型连接件和第二T型连接件连接成一体。本发明复合墙板由工厂预制化生产,连接件不需要预埋在墙板中,加工制作方便,安装简单,提高了墙板安装效率,外侧CCA板和内侧CCA板均不抹灰,平整度高,易于饰面处理。
