The longitudinal ribs are arranged in a parallel mode at intervals; the horizontal ribs are arranged in a parallel mode at intervals, and the top faces of the longitudinal ribs and the horizontal ribs are fixedly connected to surround a support framework with a rectangular horizontal section; the steel wire mesh is fixedly arranged on the top face of the support framework in a covering mode; the board concrete layer is arranged on the steel wire mesh, and a bottom face shape of the board concrete layer is matched with a top face shape of the support framework; the prestress assemblies are arranged on the lower surfaces of the longitudinal ribs at intervals along extending directions of the longitudinal ribs, and a stranded wire hole is formed in each prestress assembly; and the steel stranded wires penetrate through the stranded wire holes of the prestress assemblies successively, and two ends of the steel stranded wires are fixedly connected with the prestress assemblies located at two ends of the longitudinal ribs respectively.
