The invention relates to the field of building design, in particular to an adjustable gymnasium lighting skylight sun-shading device. The sun-shading device solves the problems that an existing sun-shading device of a gymnasium lighting skylight is long in adjusting time, poor in strain capacity and low in adjusting precision. The sun-shading device is characterized in that a plurality of sunshadecurtain transverse rods are arranged below a gymnasium roof structure side by side, a plurality of structural supporting rod pieces are vertically arranged between the sunshade curtain transverse rods and the gymnasium roof structure, the upper ends of the structural supporting rod pieces are hinged to the gymnasium roof structure, the lower ends of the structural supporting rod pieces are hingedto the sunshade curtain transverse rods, a plurality of flexible sunshade shutters are vertically and evenly distributed between every two adjacent sunshade curtain transverse rods, the positions, between the two ends of each flexible sunshade shutter and the two corresponding sunshade curtain transverse rods each are provided with a light sensation transmission device, the bottoms of the light sensation transmission devices are fixedly connected with the inner side faces of the sunshade curtain transverse rods, and the tops of the light sensation transmission devices are connected with the ends of the flexible sunshade shutters. The adjustable gymnasium lighting skylight sun-shading device is used for adjusting the indoor natural light illumination intensity of a gymnasium.
