The invention provides a fastening design structure for spliced plates. The fastening design structure comprises a clamping assembly and a locking assembly. The clamping assembly comprises two symmetrically arranged Z-shaped chips. The clamping ends of the two Z-shaped chips are fixed to the two sides of the spliced plates correspondingly. The locking ends of the two Z-shaped chips are arranged onthe locking assembly correspondingly. In addition, the invention further provides a plate splicing method comprising the following steps that firstly, spliced faces of the two spliced plates are attached to be placed, and positions are adjusted; secondly, the two Z-shaped chips are placed on the two sides of the two spliced plates correspondingly; thirdly, the two ends of the locking assembly arefixed to the locking ends of the two Z-shaped chips correspondingly, and the two spliced plates are clamped at the moment; fourthly, the positions of the two spliced plates are adjusted manually, andthe spliced faces of the two spliced plates are leveled; and fifthly, the two spliced plates are fixed to the clamping ends of the two Z-shaped chips correspondingly.
