Heating ceramic tile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a heating ceramic tile. The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, a ceramic tile is cleaned and blow-dried; S2, graphene or functionalized graphene is ultrasonically mixed with water-based organic silicon resin by using an ultrasonic kettle, high shearing and dispersion are carried out by using an emulsifying machine immediately,then ball-milling dispersion is carried out, and centrifugal purification is carried out by using a centrifugal machine after the ball-milling dispersion is completed so as to obtain a heating coating; S3, a conductive material is introduced into the surface of the ceramic tile through photoetching of a photoetching coating machine to form a conductive path with a specific structure, thereby obtaining the ceramic tile introduced with a wiring layer; S4, the heating coating is sprayed and attached to the ceramic tile by using a two-fluid spray head, and then thermal curing is carried out on theheating layer to obtain the ceramic tile coated with the heating coating; and S5, a protective layer coating is sprayed on the ceramic tile by using a pressure nozzle to form a protective layer, andilluminating is completed by using a photocuring machine to obtain the heating ceramic tile. Meanwhile, the invention discloses the heating ceramic tile. The heating ceramic tile has the advantages ofeasiness in paving, no floor height occupation, flame retardance, fire prevention, no thermal breakdown, capability of realizing heating under low-voltage driving and the like.
本发明公开了一种发热瓷砖的制备方法,包含以下步骤:S1清洗瓷砖,吹干;S2将石墨烯或者官能化石墨烯与水性有机硅树脂使用超声釜超声混合,随即通过乳化机进行高剪切分散,之后进行球磨分散,完成后通过使用离心机离心纯化,随即得到发热涂料;S3将导电材料通过光刻涂布机光刻引入瓷砖表面,形成特定结构的导电通路后,得到引入布线层后的瓷砖;S4将发热涂料使用二流体喷头喷涂附着至瓷砖上,再进行发热层热固化后,得到涂覆发热涂层后的瓷砖;S5将保护层涂料通过使用压力喷头喷涂在瓷砖上形成保护层,并在使用光固化机完成光照后得到发热瓷砖。同时公开了发热瓷砖,其具有易于铺贴,不占层高,阻燃防火,不会热击穿,低电压驱动即可发热等优点。
