The invention discloses a scaffold springboard and a mounting method thereof. The scaffold springboard comprises a rectangular springboard frame, a plurality of longitudinal rods and a plurality of transverse rods. The longitudinal rods and the transverse rods are perpendicular to the long edges and the short edges of the springboard frame respectively. One ends of the longitudinal rods are arranged on one long edge of the springboard frame, the other ends of the longitudinal rods exceed the other long edge, and threads are arranged at the exceeding ends of at least two longitudinal rods. Twoends of each longitudinal rod are arranged on two short edges of the springboard frame respectively. Movable clamping pieces with circular arcs are arranged at the end, provided with the threads, of the longitudinal rods, through holes corresponding to the longitudinal rods in position are formed in the movable clamping pieces with the circular arcs, the movable clamping pieces with the circular arcs are fastened to the longitudinal rods through nuts, and fixed clamping pieces with circular arcs are arranged on the outer side of the long edge, where the other ends of the longitudinal rods arearranged, of the springboard frame. The length of the longitudinal rods is greater than the distance between every two adjacent large transverse rods of a scaffold, and a springboard connecting pieceis arranged on one short edge of the springboard frame. The stability of the scaffold springboard is greatly improved.
