The invention provides a construction method for a post-cast section formwork of a laminated slab. The construction method is achieved through the following steps that S1, a support part gap pluggingdevice is manufactured; S2, manufacturing a plate strip plugging device; S3, plugging the gap of the support part by using a gap plugging device of the support part; S4, a plate strip plugging deviceis used for plugging the plate strip part; S5, pouring post-cast layer concrete; and S6, dismounting the gap plugging device and the plate strip plugging device at the support part. The gap between the prefabricated slab and the support is blocked densely, slurry leakage is avoided, and dismounting is easy; the number of supported floor slab supports is reduced; a vertical rod support at a plate strip part is cancelled; meanwhile, the problem that the concrete at the plate strip part expands out of the prefabricated plate surface is solved, and the labor consumption for later chiseling and thelabor and material consumption for plastering the plate surface are saved.
本发明提供了一种叠合板后浇段模板施工方法,通过以下步骤来实现:S1,制作支座部位缝隙封堵装置;S2,制作板带封堵装置;S3,利用支座部位缝隙封堵装置对支座部位缝隙进行封堵;S4,利用板带封堵装置对板带部位进行封堵;S5,浇筑后浇层混凝土;S6,拆除支座部位缝隙封堵装置和板带封堵装置。本发明对预制板与支座部位缝隙封堵密实,避免了漏浆,而且容易拆除;减少了支设的楼板支撑数量;取消了板带部位的立杆支撑;同时解决了板带部位混凝土涨出预制板面的问题,节省了后期剔凿的人工消耗和板面抹灰的人工和材料消耗。
