The invention discloses a 110 kV drum-type double-loop composite cross arm tower. The 110 kV drum-type double-loop composite cross arm tower comprises two sets of three-phase composite cross arms, twosets of steel ground wire supports and an angle steel tower body. A supporting insulator is connected with double-spliced angle steel through a tower end connecting piece and a bolt. In each cable-stayed insulator, independent pull rods are connected with the double-spliced angle steel and a supporting insulator wire end sleeve head respectively through an annular connecting piece, a long pull rod and a two-division pull rod are connected into a combined pull rod body through an annular structure, and the combined pull rod body is connected to the supporting insulator wire end sleeve head andan L-shaped connecting plate at the tower body through an annular connecting piece. The ground wire supports are located on the top of the tower. Except that the composite cross arm supporting insulator and the cable-stayed insulators are made of composite materials, the other structures are angle steel or steel connecting pieces. The FRP composite cross arms are used, the connecting positions ofthe cross arms and the tower body are improved according to the specific insulation characteristics of the FRP composite cross arms, the defect of material rigidity is overcome through the structuraldesign, and reasonable connection of the composite cross arms and the angle steel tower body is achieved.
本发明公开了一种110kV鼓型双回路复合横担塔,包括两套三相复合材料横担、两套钢地线支架以及角钢塔身。支柱绝缘子通过塔架端部连接件和双拼角钢通过螺栓相连;斜拉绝缘子中,独立拉杆通过环形连接件分别与双拼角钢和支柱绝缘子导线端部套头相连,长拉杆和二分拉杆通过环形结构相连成一个组合拉杆体,该体系再通过环形连接件分别连于支柱绝缘子导线端部套头和塔身处的L型连接板;地线支架位于塔顶部。除复合横担支柱绝缘子和斜拉绝缘子为复合材料外,其余结构均为角钢或钢连接件。本发明使用FRP复合材料横担,根据其特有的绝缘特点,对横担和塔身连接处进行改进,通过结构设计弥补了材料刚度的不足,实现了复合横担与角钢塔主体的合理连接。
