The invention discloses a modularized holding rod and a construction method thereof. The modularized holding rod comprises an inclined strut and a main rod arranged on a basic base. The main rod comprises a top joint, a standard joint and a bottom joint which are sequentially inserted from top to bottom. The basic base is a rectangular frame internally provided with a plurality of cells. A steel plate bottom is arranged inside each cell. The two ends of the inclined strut are fixedly arranged on the standard joint and the basic base respectively. According to the modularized holding rod, no precast concrete foundation construction is needed, and the construction period is greatly shortened. An existing building structure is not changed, and a waterproof layer of a floor is not damaged.
