High-performance concrete pole
The invention discloses a high-performance concrete pole which comprises concrete and a pole framework, wherein the pole framework is in a double-layered rib distributing design. Two circumferential layers with different diameters are coated in the high-performance concrete. The pole framework comprises a plurality of basalt fiber compound ribs, common reinforcing steel bars, reinforcing steel barlimiting rings, erecting rings and grating webs. The basalt fiber compound ribs and the common reinforcing steel bars serve as longitudinal stress reinforcing steel bars of the pole, the basalt fibercompound ribs are uniformly distributed in outer positioning grooves of the reinforcing steel bar limiting rings, and the common reinforcing steel bars are uniformly distributed in inner positioninggrooves of the reinforcing steel bar limiting rings. The inner sides of the common reinforcing steel bars are fixed by means of the erecting rings and the basalt fiber compound ribs are wound on the outer sides of the basalt fiber compound ribs by the grating webs. The pole framework is placed in the high-performance concrete, and protecting layers are fixed on the outer sides of the basalt fibercompound ribs, so that it is ensured that the basalt fiber compound ribs are in the high-performance concrete. The comprehensive performance of the pole is improved, the use level of steel is reducedand the weight of the pole is reduced.
本发明公开一种高性能混凝土电杆,包括混凝土和电杆骨架,电杆骨架采用双层布筋设计,分为不同直径的二个环向层被包裹在高性能混凝土中,电杆骨架包括若干玄武岩纤维复合筋、普通钢筋、钢筋限位环、架立圈及格栅网。玄武岩纤维复合筋和普通钢筋做为电杆纵向受力钢筋,玄武岩纤维复合筋均匀分布在钢筋限位环的外侧定位槽内,普通钢筋均匀分布在钢筋限位环的内侧定位槽内。普通钢筋内侧用架立圈对其进行固定,玄武岩纤维复合筋的外侧用格栅网对玄武岩纤维复合筋进行缠绕。电杆骨架置于高性能混凝土内,保护层均固定在玄武岩纤维复合筋的外侧,保证玄武岩纤维复合筋在高性能混凝土内。提高了电杆的综合性能,并节约钢材用量,减轻电杆重量。
