Windmill tower damping system based on electrorheological effect
The invention discloses a windmill tower damping system based on an electrorheological effect, consisting of a vibration sensor, an A/D conversion module, a programmable controller PLC, a D/A conversion module, a current transmission apparatus, a high-capacity lithium battery, an electrorheological fluid casting pipe, and a connecting steel plate. The electrorheological fluid casting pipe fixedlyburied in the tower wall is filled with polar molecule electrorheological fluid; and when receiving a damping signal, the electrorheological effect of this material is used for electrifying the electrorheological fluid to improve the rigidity of blades and damp the blades. The system of the invention can overcome the vibration problem during working of a traditional windmill tower, and is easy toimplement, lower in technical difficulty and novel in mode.
本发明公开了一种基于电流变效应的风力机塔筒减振系统,由振动传感器、A/D转换模块、可编程控制器PLC、D/A转换模块、电流传输装置、大容量锂电池、电流变液浇注管、连接钢板组成。固定地埋设在塔筒壁内的电流变液浇注管内有极性分子电流变液,利用此种材料的电流变效应,在接受减振信号时,为电流变液通电便可为增加叶片刚度,为叶片减振。本发明相同能克服传统风力机塔筒工作时的振动问题,且容易实现,技术难度较低,方式新颖。
