The invention provides a roof air duct through-wall seepage preventing device comprising a reinforced concrete air shaft with a flashing and a waterproof layer and an air shaft masonry wall. An air duct is vertically installed in the reinforced concrete air shaft. The air duct is provided with a horizontal air duct connector. The air shaft masonry wall is built by laying bricks on the masonry topof the reinforced concrete air shaft. A draught fan horizontally penetrates through the air shaft masonry wall. A masonry body plugging body is arranged between the lower side face of an air pipe connector and the air shaft masonry wall. Flexible structure plugging adhesive is further arranged between the air duct and the air shaft masonry wall. Original cement mortar rigid plugging at the position where the air duct penetrates through the air shaft masonry wall is optimized into structural adhesive flexible plugging and filling, the cracking phenomenon of a plugged seam at the position wherethe air duct penetrates through the wall is eliminated, and secondary prevention is formed against water seepage of the gap between the air duct and the air shaft masonry wall; a cover flashing is installed at the position where the air duct penetrates through the air shaft wall, it is avoided that rainwater directly scours the gap between the air duct and the air shaft masonry wall, and the situation that the rainwater flows into the air duct shaft from the gap between the air duct and the air shaft is avoided from the source.
本发明提出一种屋面风管穿墙防渗漏装置,包括带泛水和防水层的钢筋砼、风井砌筑墙体,钢筋砼风井砌筑墙体内部竖直安装有风管,风管上设有水平的风机接头;钢筋砼风井砌筑顶部砌有风井砌筑墙体;风机水平穿过风井砌筑墙体,且风管接头下侧面与风井砌筑之间设有砌体封堵;水风管与风井砌筑体之间还设有柔性结构封堵胶。风管穿风井砌筑墙体位置由原水泥砂浆硬性填塞,优化为结构胶柔性填塞饱满,杜绝了风管穿墙位置填塞隙缝的开裂现象,对风管与风井墙体缝隙间的渗水形成二次保护;风管穿越风井墙体位置安装批水板,防止有雨水直接冲刷风管与风井墙体的缝隙,从根源上防止雨水从风管与风井的缝隙流入风管井道内。
