The invention discloses a production process of an environment-friendly rubber-plastic runway. The process comprises the following steps: taking a proper amount of plant raw materials, putting the plant raw materials in a cleaning tank to be cleaned for 30-60 minutes, taking out the plant raw materials, airing the plant raw materials for 1-1.5 days, putting the plant raw materials into a crusher,and crushing the plant raw materials into 50-500 meshes for later use; putting the crushed plant raw materials into a grinding machine to be ground to 50-200 meshes to obtain plant fiber powder; and adding the ground plant fiber powder into rubber, performing mixing and stirring, and banburying a mixture for 5-10 minutes. According to the production process of the environment-friendly rubber-plastic runway, the plant fibers are added during preparation of the rubber-plastic runway, so that the rubber-plastic runway is higher in permeability and softer in overall material, better walking experience is brought to a user, the added plant fibers are higher in adhesion with an adhesive and are suitable for runway materials, meanwhile, the plant fibers are added in the production process, so that the processing process is more environment-friendly, waste gas emission is reduced, and secondary utilization of plants is realized.
