Single-component quick-drying and quick-hardening cement
The invention discloses single-component quick-drying and quick-hardening cement which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-50% of cement clinker; 10%-20% of anhydrous gypsum; 12%-15% of coal gangue; 5%-10% of coal ash residues; 2%-3% of iron powder; 2% or less of aluminum powder; and 2%-5% of calcium sulfate; and 2%-5% of cement accelerator, wherein the cement clinkeris prepared from CaO, SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3. During preparation, the coal gangue, the coal ash residues, the iron powder, the aluminum powder, the calcium sulfate and the cement accelerator are firstly mixed, then the mixed raw materials are calcined at the high temperature of 480-520 DEG C, and after the mixed raw materials are cooled to the normal temperature, the cement clinker and the anhydrous gypsum are added into the mixed raw materials. The quick-drying and quick-hardening cement prepared by the invention can effectively shorten the cement drying and hardening period, is suitable forquick repair of areas which need to be restored to be open in a short time, and shortens the road repair period.
本发明公开了一种单组份快干速硬水泥包括以下重量百分比的原料:水泥熟料40%~50%;无水石膏10%~20%;煤矸石12%~15%;煤灰渣5%~10%;铁粉2%~3%;铝粉≤2%;硫酸钙2%~5%;水泥速凝剂2%~5%,且所述水泥熟料包括CaO、SiO2、Al2O3和Fe2O3;并且该快干速硬水泥在制备时,应先将煤矸石、煤灰渣、铁粉、铝粉、硫酸钙以及水泥速凝剂进行混合,然后对其混合原料进行480℃~520℃的高温煅烧,待混合原料冷却至常温后,向其内部加入水泥熟料和污水石膏。本发明制得的快干速硬水泥能够有效的缩短水泥干硬周期,适用于须在短时间内恢复开放的区域的快速修补,缩短道路修补工期。
