The invention relates to lightweight high-strength lightweight aggregate concrete and a pouring method thereof. The lightweight high-strength lightweight aggregate concrete is prepared from the following substances in percentage by mass: 15.1 to 36.6 percent of cement, 7.2 to 14.8 percent of fly ash, 3.5 to 9.1 percent of silica fume, 25.1 to 47.9 percent of sand, 10.5 to 22.3 percent of water, 5.2 to 19.5 percent of foamed aluminum lightweight aggregate and 0.2 to 0.5 percent of a superplasticizer. The density of a building component poured by adopting the lightweight high-strength lightweight aggregate concrete provided by the invention is 750-1870kg/m3, and the compressive strength is 18.3-76.8 MPa. Compared with common ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete, the compressive strengthof the product is remarkably improved when the density is close, and the ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete has the characteristics of light weight and high strength and is very suitable for civil engineering buildings with oversized bridges and large-span spaces.
本发明涉及一种轻质高强轻骨料混凝土及其浇筑方法,按质量百分比计包括如下物质:水泥15.1~36.6%,粉煤灰7.2~14.8%,硅灰3.5~9.1%,砂25.1~47.9%,水10.5~22.3%,泡沫铝轻骨料5.2~19.5%,高效减水剂0.2~0.5%。采用本发明提供的轻质高强轻骨料混凝土浇筑的建筑构件,密度介于750~1870kg/m3,抗压强度介于18.3~76.8MPa。与普通陶粒轻骨料混凝土相比,密度相近时抗压强度显著提高,具有轻质、高强的特点,非常适用于超大跨桥梁、大跨空间的土木工程建筑物。
