The invention discloses a cement pavement crushing plate assembly type treatment structure and a construction method. The method is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of constructionpreparation, insertion and positioning of stiff bearing pipes, grouting of grouting bodies around the pipes, installation of joint shear tenons and joint anchor hanging plates, arrangement of plate bottom connecting layers, hoisting of assembly type panels, grouting of mortise sealing bodies and construction of new joint strips. The spatial position of a stiff bearing pipe is limited through thecombination of a bearing pipe positioning plate and a positioning connecting bolt on a bearing pipe positioning frame; the side wall pressing plates of the companding side supporting bodies transversely move by means of the companding top pressing bodies and the inner companding rods, and connecting reinforcing ribs can be embedded into the roadbed soil body; the assembly type panels are prefabricated by reinforced concrete materials, 2-3 reserved mortises are formed in the short side direction of the assembly type panel, and a connecting sleeve is arranged on the lower surface of each assembly type panel. According to the invention, the on-site construction efficiency can be improved, the connection performance of the assembly type panel and the existing pavement slab can be improved, andthe connection strength of the assembly type panel and the roadbed can be enhanced.
本发明公开了一种水泥路面破碎板装配式处治结构及施工方法,其特征在于:包括施工准备、劲性承载管插设定位、管周压浆体压注、接缝剪力榫及接缝锚挂板安装、板底连接层设置、装配式面板吊设、榫槽密闭体压注、新接缝条带施工步骤,通过承载管定位板和承载管定位架上的定位连接栓组合限定劲性承载管的空间位置;借助撑扩顶压体及内撑压扩杆使压扩侧撑体的侧壁压板横向移动,并可使连接增强筋嵌入路基土体内;装配式面板采用钢筋混凝土材料预制而成,其短边方向设置2~3道留置榫槽、下表面设置连接套筒。本发明不但可以提升现场施工效率,而且可以改善装配式面板与既有路面板的连接性能,还可以增强装配式面板与路基的连接强度。
